I first came to Saint Mary School on a bright fall day many years ago as an eager and excited first grader. Eight years later I graduated and left, with what I feel, was a very solid Catholic education. To this day, I still believe in and follow the Catholic values and traditions taught by the Benedictine sisters, who were my wonderful teachers. Fast forward a few decades and I returned in the fall of 2010 as a kindergarten aide for Mrs. Vlasak. I loved working with the kindergarteners in every aspect of their school day, especially learning to read and doing our special art projects.

In the fall of 2015 I was hired to fill a vacancy in the school library, which is where I remain. At that time I also took on the responsibilities of the after-school care program. This year I will be adding to the mix with new duties in K through 8 Art.
I firmly believe in this school and feel blessed everyday that I am able to work in this incredible environment with an unmatchable group of educators and students.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends, and my three Dachshunds. I also love reading, researching my Irish heritage, and painting with both acrylics and watercolors.
